Faced with replacing the entire portlight due to broken plastic clamps, we turned to 3D printing to make replacement clamps that have rendered the portlights 100% watertight. Final colour was a little more neutral.

Custom battery master switch panel
The battery isolation switches failed after 10 years of service. The isolators were upgraded with newer Narva units with a smaller footprint. and a new housing printed in ABS with protection rings around each switch to prevent inadvertent operation. The end result was a perfect fit for he old switches and housing.
